This week we doing a Blackbean And Carrot Burger Wrap! The carrots are grated and the beans smashed with chopped onions and garlic, held together with rolling oats. The patties have been perfectly seasoned with cumin, coriander, chili and paprika :) We’ve added fresh Kale, Lettuce, Tomato and baked Sweet potato tots all covered in a Vegan Sriracha Mayonnaise. Introducing a new saucy wrap to add to the menu. Next week’s Wrap is General Tso’s Saucy vegan wrap made with marinated Tempeh in a stew with broccoli, white cabbage, carrots, zucchini and green pepper over a bed of black and brown rice.
It’s absolutely mouthwatering 🤤
