「햇살과 바람의 집」
불타는 사막의 더위에도 흙집 안은 시원하고 쾌적하다.
모래폭풍이 불고 나면 수북이 쌓인 모래를 쓸고 닦고
다시 손으로 흰 회벽을 칠하며 정결함을 유지한다.
마당엔 커다란 그늘나무와 꽃들을 심고 가꾼다.
햇살과 바람이 드나들고 세월만큼 나무가 커나가는 집.
작지만 구성이 잘되어 여백미와 편안함이 느껴지는 집.
건물과 물건이 아닌 사람이 주인으로 생동하는 집.

「A house of sunshine and wind」
Even in the heat of the burning desert, the inside of the earthen house is cool and pleasant.
After a sand storm, the piles of sand are swept and wiped away, and the white plastered walls are repainted again by hand to maintain cleanliness.
They plant and tend for the large shade-giving trees and flowers in the yard. A house where the sun and wind pass in and out and the trees grow as the years go by.
A small but well-organized house that feels roomy and comfortable.
A vibrant house where a person, not a building or object, is the master.
