유럽에서 본 예쁘고 멋있는 제과점에 흠뻑 반해 수많은 비즈니스맨과 우뚝 솟은 빌딩들이 밀집된 경제 중심지인 오사카 도지마에 2003년 9월 4일 '파티세리 몽슈슈'를 개점하였습니다.

홋카이도산 생크림을 여러 종류 블렌딩하여 만든 몽슈슈만의 오더메이드 생크림이 가득 들어간 도지마롤이 대표메뉴입니다. 도지마롤은 오사카 도지마 지역의 지명을 따서 지은 이름으로 생크림을 듬뿍 넣고 한번만 말아 만든 것이 특징입니다.

도지마롤 외에도 정성스레 만든 다양한 디저트를 통해 많은 분들께 일상의 행복을 전해드리는 것이 몽슈슈의 철학이자 목표입니다.
