As BMB approaches its second year anniversary, it is a bittersweet moment for us to announce the official closing of our truck so that we may prepare for our very first brick & mortar!
When we opened BMB, we envisioned ourselves serving banh mi wherever our truck could take us, as often as possible. Looking back, we were naive about certain aspects of running a street food business in Korea, but it is what it is and we have learned and grown from our experiences. Despite these working limitations, we tried our best and would like to apologize once again for our neurotic scheduling, as well as thank our customers wholeheartedly for your endless patience and support. When we were able operate, we had the best time dishing out our banh mi, feeding friends and meeting new faces along the way :)
Two years of hard labor, day jobs and many sleepless nights have finally allowed us to save enough capital to open our own place, a goal we have set our sights on from the beginning. With this restaurant, we will be expanding our menu to include not only banh mi sandwiches, but also classic Vietnamese dishes, French/Vietnamese favorites, and food that we simply adore and wish to share.

안녕하세요 반미브로스입니다.
반미브로스(BMB)2주년을 맞이하며 아쉽지만 좋은 소식을 전하고자 합니다.
저희 반미브로스 푸드트럭을 더이상 운행하지 않습니다. 하지만 그동안 한계단씩 쌓아 올리고 준비한 결과 저희가 처음부터 정한 목표를 이루게 됐습니다.
저희가 BMB를 오픈했을때 하고자 했던 것은 언제, 어느 곳에서든지 저희 반미를 제공할 수 있는 것이 였습니다.
뒤돌아보면 푸드드럭 운영할때 여러 많은 생각들이 있었지만 한국의 현실과는 그렇게 맞지 못했습니다. 하지만 그런 경험들로부터 많은 배움을 얻을 수 있었고 저희를 더 크게 키울 수 있는 원동력이 되었습니다.
그동안 저희 나름대로 노력을 다하였지만 일정치 않은 스케줄에 대해 다시 한번 죄송함과 사과를 드립니다.
뿐만 아니라 저희에 대한 끝없는 인내와 지원을 해주신 모든 손님들께 감사드립니다. 우리가 운영할 때 가장 좋았던 시간은 저희 반미를 친구,손님들에게 제공할 수 있었고 또 길에서 만난 새로운 분들과의 만남만으로도 너무 행복했습니다.
2년동안 낮에는 다른 일은 하고 잠을 줄여가며 열심히 일한 결과
드디어 저희만에 레스토랑을 준비 할 수 있는 여건이 됐습니다.
이것은 처음 저희가 반미브로스를 처음부터 시작할 때 하고자 하는일이였습니다.
우리 메뉴에는 오직 반미샌드위치만 있는 것이 아니라 전통베트남요리와 베트남/프랑스요리등 여러 많은 사람들이 즐겨 먹는 것들로 메뉴가 확장될 것입니다..
