Vietnamese cuisine has been part of NOLA’s food scene for decades, right alongside Cajun classics and neighborhood po’boy shops. It only felt right to bring those flavors together under one roof!

Not only does our chimi have the best Tex-mex side profile, but it comes fully loaded with double guac 🥑 homemade nacho cheese, taco sauce, chips, and cilantro slaw 💥💥💥

A throwback video from one of our very favorite fams that was with us at the very beginning. I can still vividly recall his absolute horror when I served his order of butttered pasta w/a meatball. I hadn’t realized that he wanted his meatball completely naked as well. I quickly removed the offensive plate & refired a new one. I put his order in my memory bank & made sure he always had it O’s way😂. His family & I all cried when they departed Korea. They are doing beautifully & hope to meet up again somewhere in the world again. There have been and are so many people that have passed through our doors and enlightened us to the kindness of humanity. Be kind & appreciate those who are!!!
