안녕하세요, 오스테리아 한입니다.
그동안 예약금 기반 예약제와 워크인을 함께 운영해 왔지만
당일 취소와 방문 직전 취소가 반복되면서 준비해 둔 자리와 재료, 인력 운영에 어려움이 있었습니다.
또 한편으로는
“오스테리아 한은 예약이 어려운 곳”,
“오기 쉽지 않은 곳”이라는 인식이 생겨
부담을 느끼시는 분들도 많다는 것을 알게 되었습니다.
그래서 오래 고민한 끝에
앞으로는 예약 없이 워크인(현장 방문)으로만 운영하기로 결정했습니다.
매장 상황에 따라 대기 시간이 발생할 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드리며,
더 편하게 방문하실 수 있는 오스테리아 한이 되겠습니다.

Hello, this is Osteria Haan.
We are writing to share some changes to our operations.
Until now, we have managed our space through both reservations and walk-ins.
However, we have recently faced recurring challenges with last-minute cancellations, which made it difficult for us to manage our ingredients, seating, and staff effectively.
Furthermore, we’ve realized that our previous reservation-based system may have made it feel like we were ”hard to get into“ or ”inaccessible,“ which was never our intention.
After much careful thought, we have decided to move to a walk-in only system moving forward.
We hope this change makes it easier for everyone to drop by and enjoy a cozy meal with us whenever you feel like it.
Please note that there may be a waiting period depending on how busy we are, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
We are committed to making Osteria Haan a more welcoming and accessible space for all our guests.
