I even had my mom throw me a Pampered Chef themed birthday party when I was 12! I attended four years of culinary arts training in high school and another year at Le Cordon Bleu. During those five years, I won many awards such as First Place in SkillsUSA, a Statewide culinary competition. I was also able to work for, and be mentored by, Executive Chef Roland Kyburz of South Shore Harbor Resort in League City, Texas. There, I learned more knowledge and experience than money could ever buy! When my fiancé, now husband, joined the United States Army, we knew that my dreams of opening a bakery would be put on hold since we would be moving around the country as duty calls. So, as of now, I am currently living the dream from my home kitchen which also allows me to be home with my babies!
