Hello, this is Pyeongtaek UJ Smokehouse.
Due to policy-related issues in the United States and currency exchange fluctuations, beef prices have sharply increased.

As a result, there has been a supply shortage of brisket, and starting
September 1, brisket will only be available on Fridays, Saturdays,
and Sundays.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All other menu items will remain available as usual, and we kindly ask
for your understanding.

For group reservations, we would greatly appreciate it if you could
contact us in advance.
