Pizza and tapas restaurant focused on fresh food and quality ingredients. PARKING: You can park in the street in front of the restaurant for up to 20 minutes.

After 8PM and on weekends there is no limit. Free parking is available behind the building in the parking lot or on the street, or you can park on other side-streets. DIET: Most dishes are Gluten-free, except Pizza, Bruschetta, and bread. Most tapas are vegetarian and can be made vegan. If you have any dietary considerations, please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible. Just ask!

RESERVATIONS: We do not take reservations except for limited circumstances, first come first serve. We are a small restaurant and during those busy times it is difficult to manage any reservations effectively. With only a few tables for dining-in, we cannot prevent patrons from sitting at them indefinitely, nor can we predict when a party will cancel or not show up (which has already happened).

Hi Everyone! The 2025 International Pizza Expo is a wrap! It was a valuable experience, and we met several amazing people in the worldwide Pizza Community! While we didn't win any awards this year, we did learn a lot and got a few ideas as well! Thank you to everyone who showed us support for the competition! We appreciate your patience while we were gone and hope to see you again when we reopen on Wednesday, 9 April!

Also, thanks to our neice 록원 for all the help with everything during the trip, including photography, prep work, and shopping. She was a great help!

Hey Everyone! We hope you all are enjoying your summer vacations and staying cool out there. Eldora will also be closing for a few weeks this month to relax and visit family. We will be closed from July 22nd thru August 13th. See you again August 14th recharged and ready to work!

Congrats to Chef Soy on her third-place win at the 2024 International Pizza Challenge! This was her first time competing and ended up besting some very prominent competitors! Luckily we were able to get a last minute slot in the Daiya-sponsored Plant-based category which had about 30 competitors from all over the world! There were over 500 participants in total in various categories!

There were so many good looking pizzas there. We wish we could have tried all of them! There were also many interesting products offered by hundreds of vendors as part of the 40th International Pizza Expo!

We will definitely be back next year to compete in some of the other categories. Thanks to all of you who have endured the closure of Eldora Restaurant for the last two weeks. We hope you understand that it is all to help us improve your experience and the quality of our pizzas!

Hey Everyone! We just wanted to let you know that we will be closed for the next two weeks from this Sunday, March 17th, and will reopen on April 3rd. The International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas is calling and we are answering! See you in April!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Eldora will be closed next week to spend time with family and friends. We will reopen for normal business hours on Wednesday, 29 November. We are thankful for all your support over the last year! Enjoy all the great Thanksgiving food next week (and leftovers).
