Lately, even me, didn't visit our pub - on this homepage - many times! In spite of that, I really love the place! What a pity, that we have this venue, among unfortunate circumstances;....who would believe that armed with one of the most powerful, tasty kitchen on the World, we exist /or rather not exist...!!??/ in a country,...what's more, on a holiday-resort, where people are simply not interested in other countries culinary art!!! And they don't hide this, they are telling to your face among smiles! Western tourists are totally disappeared since the start of the pandemic, in 2020!
Can somebody imagine that the shop is next to us, with an absolute thin, water-dominated soup selling daily 150-300 portions.....and I promise we are not envious;...but e.g.: today I prepared these classical "fasirt", from what two pcs. cheaper than the noodle-soup,....and as they say:... are not interested at all!!!
Anyway for ten days we have stormy, dark, snowy weather,...so I specially enjoyed the big, juicy mince-balls!
