제주 북동쪽의 하도와 세화 사이 해안도로에 위치해 있는 cafe 'Bellon'은 제주어 '벨롱벨롱:반짝반짝'에서 착안한 이름으로 프랑스어로는 '포도수확기에 큰 통을 싣는 수레'라는 의미도 갖고 있다.
카페 벨롱의 두명의 운영자 'Nompi'와 'Genet'로 구성된 브라질리안 어쿠스틱 밴드의 이름이기도 한 벨롱은 반짝반짝한 제주의 자연 아래 다양한 장르의 음악 공연과 예술 전시 등을 계획 하고 있는 복합 문화 공간이다.
