로스팅 팩토리 카페 더 블루스는 2007년 홍대 상수역 인근에서 로스팅 작업실과 카페를 개업하고 블루스 재즈 클럽도 소소하게 운영하며 25년 11월말까지 자리를 지켰습니다.
현재는 22년도에 확장이전한 원흥동 로스팅 공장에서 카페를 운영중입니다.
