이번 주 스페셜은... 주방 문을 박차고 나와 '절제'라는 단어와 전쟁을 선포했습니다. 🇺🇸🥓🍳

어떤 아침은 하루를 부드럽게 시작하게 해주죠.

근데 이 녀석은 아닙니다.

두툼한 지미 딘 스타일 브렉퍼스트 소시지 패티 두 장.

"이 정도면 됐다"는 말을 모르는 주방에서, 노릇하게 구운 달걀프라이까지 올려 버터 향 가득한 브리오슈 번에 꽉 눌러 담았습니다.

하지만 잠깐! 아직 끝이 아닙니다.

이 무모할 정도로 든든한 버거와 함께 나오는 건 진하고 크리미한 미국식 소시지 그레이비.

후추 향이 살아 있고, 고소하고, 한 입 먹으면 "이거 반칙인데?"라는 말이 절로 나오는 그 맛.

붓고,

찍고,

푹 담그고,

마음껏 흘리면서 드시라고 만든 소스입니다.

For this week's special, we just kicked the kitchen doors open and declared war on moderation. Some breakfasts gently ease you into the day. This ain't one of 'em.

We're talking two thick Jimmy Dean-style breakfast sausage patties, seasoned the way the good Lord intended. Stacked on a toasted buttery brioche bun and crowned with a perfectly fried egg... because apparently two sausage patties weren't enough, and nobody in this kitchen knows when to quit.

BUT HOLD YOUR HORSES. Alongside this magnificent act of breakfast irresponsibility comes a side of thick, creamy American sausage gravy—peppery, porky, and downright sinful. Built for pouring, dipping, dunking, and making a respectable mess of yourself.

Then choose your weapon... crispy Tater Tots — little golden nuggets of potato happiness, or Cajun Fries — seasoned, crispy, and liable to slap the sleep clean outta ya.

Pour the gravy on the burger. Pour it on the tots. Pour it on the fries. Heck... pour it on your problems.
We ain't judging. This isn't breakfast. This isn't lunch. This is what happens when brunch loses adult supervision.

Come hungry. Bring backup. Wear stretchy pants. Tell your cardiologist you were out of town.

이날은 Eddie and the Bricks의 신곡 뮤직비디오 촬영이 카페에서 진행될 예정이라, 하루 동안 카페가 완전히 록앤롤 세트장으로 변신합니다. 🤘

기타는 더 크게, 케이블은 더 많이, 같은 장면은 몇 번이고 다시 찍고… 그리고 커피는 평소보다 훨씬 많이 마시게 될 것 같네요! ☕🎥🎸

This Friday, 24th July, we're handing over the keys to a bunch of rock musicians... so the café will be CLOSED while Eddie and the Bricks film the music video for their brand-new single.

Expect loud guitars, too many cables, repeated takes, questionable dance moves, and probably more coffee than should be legally consumed. 🤘☕🎥

If you haven't checked them out yet, crank up the volume! You'll be able to catch Eddie and the Bricks tearing it up at Pentaport Rock Festival and later this year at the Busan International Rock Festival. They're also on all the major streaming platforms, so give them a listen before everyone else says they knew them first.

We'll be back doing what we do best from Saturday, with the amps turned down (a little).

비가 하루 종일 내리는 날엔 따끈한 브런즈윅 스튜(Brunswick Stew) 한 그릇만 한 게 없죠. 부드러운 ​소고기, 풀드포크, 닭고기를 천천히 푹 끓이고, ​옥수수, 당근, 그린빈, 알감자, 오크라를 듬뿍 넣어 진하고 든든하게 완성했습니다.

그리고 스튜의 최고의 짝꿍인 버터 향 가득한 폭신한 비스킷도 함께 제공합니다. 찍어 먹고, 떠먹고, 마지막 한 방울까지 맛있게 즐겨보세요.
