“My journey into baking began unexpectedly during my senior year of high school. That moment inspired me to step away
from my original path in piano and immerse myself in the world of bread and pastry.

Admittedly, I have a bit of a lazy streak, so I prefer not to be bound by rigid rules or strict formulas. Instead, I focus on crafting creations that are effortless to enjoy while remaining visually striking.

To me, appearance is just as vital as taste—I firmly stand by the saying, “If it looks good, it tastes good.”
