Journey of Distinction

Restaurant Allen is honored to be invited to Don Alfonso 1890 for a two-night collaboration on August 28 and 29.

Together with Chef Fabiano Palombini, Chef Allen will present a menu that brings together Korean seasonal terroir, Italian heritage, and contemporary French technique. Rooted in a shared respect for craftsmanship and ingredients, the collaboration reflects the unique identity of both restaurants while exploring new expressions of flavor and culture.

The menu will be accompanied by a curated w**e pairing featuring iconic Italian vintages, Burgundy whites and selected Mosel w**es.
