We start serving Italian combos at 1pm and City Trivia is at 5pm. Make a day of it and get there early. Don't be one of the dumb dumbs showing up at 430pm and looking surprised there are no sandwiches left. This ain't McDonald's and you can't have it your way. That reminds me, no takeout.

So much thanks and love to everyone that came out to yesterday. The events are always a blast, but there was something extra special about yesterday. As always, extra thanks to the amazing HQ staff for hosting and being their awesome selves.

Neal and I are beyond grateful to be able to cook for y'all and continue to do what we love.

We are already planning our next event, which will be sandwich based. Until then, stay Cranky.

Reach out if you've got something you'd like us to make. These were a 10kg batch of half sweet Italian and half spicy Italian. Sending these out to Changwon to be given as Chuseok gifts. How cool! Cranky Pig on the Chuseok table.

Sausage Special!

We made a very special limited batch of maple breakfast sausage.
Made with a mix of 60% boneless, beef ribs and 40% pork shoulder, these are a decadant way to start the day.

I'm smoking some over maple wood and keeping some fresh, so you can have your pick. Send a message here. Pick up in Yeonsan or on Sunday where the reubens will flow like a mother's love.

Cranky Pig is back! We are super excited to be back at HQ serving up some reubens made with a mix of pastrami and corned beef! Sliced thin, steamed, and topped with 'kraut, melted Muenster, and Russian dressing served with fries. First come, first fed.

We will also have sausages for takeout sales. Two kinds: chipotle bourbon and classic brats. 30k for 1kg (cash only for the sausages). Reservations through the Cranky Pig page.
