For the first time in AGES! we've got new beans.
El Cafe Coffee Roasters - Classic Espresso Blend

Not very dark, light medium roast, with a touch of acidity and great balance. We did some testing this morning with some banana bread, and the flat white was a perfect match! You seriously have to try it.

•Blend: 60% Columbia, 40% Guatemala
•Cup Notes: Butterscotch, maple, sugar cane

너무 다크하거나 쓰지 않으면서 약간의 산미도 있는 균형감 좋은 커피입니다. 아침에 바나나브래드랑 플랫화이트 먹었는데 진짜.. 미쳤다🫠 너무 잘어울려요! 꼭 같이 먹어봐요💛
