Slow coffee... Time to visualize your future, reflect on your past, and - above all - be in the present. In a digital world dominated by entities competing for our attention, coffee can be an antithesis to the existential dread; helping to usher in a more intentional life. Happy End of Summer! Hope you all had an awesome one 🙂 Tonight we added a couple new coffees - a really nice decaf and an absolute banger washed Ethiopian. Also, we put our espresso machine from the old Greenglass shop on our site. We've kinda passively had it for sale on and off, but we'd really love to see it go to a great new home. If you or anyone you know is interested, please hit us up to make that deal!

Summer is flying by! We're gonna have the roastery on pause from 8-9 to 8-15 while we try to slow things down a bit. Get your orders in by 3pm Friday, 8/8 and we'll get that coffee in your hands before we pause 🙌

Hey 👋 Been a minute, but here is some news! Over the past year and a half we've been buying relatively small amounts of green coffee at a time, cycling through different farms and origins pretty quickly - sometimes selling out in just a day or two. Well, we decided to start purchasing some larger lots for a few reasons. One, is for increased stability in price and availability. But two, we want you all to get a little more time with these coffees too. Experiment with brewing vessels, aging, ratios, temps, etc - that's why us coffee nerds got into this in the first place! So, to start this off we brought in a crowd pleasing chocolatey Colombian at a little lower price point and we also have a mind blowing Burundi that just might be one of the best natural processed coffees you've ever had. We truly appreciate all of you and hope your summer is off to a great start. Cheers! ☕

We have some new coffees on the site, all of which would be excellent options for espresso! They range from earthy and sweet, like the Java Sunda Cirambai, to fruited blueberry tones, like Ethiopia Kercha Hebo. No espresso machine? No problem! These are all excellent as pourover, drip, or even cold brew ☕
