About the premises:
-You need to earn only 15 dollars a day to cover the rent including water, electricity, garbage and internet bills!

-You will set up a new contract at the beginning of march with the landlord. Depending on the amount of deposit you're willing to pay you can either set up a contract for 1 or 2 years, up to you. That means you will not be tied up for years in a lease. This gives you freedom and a very low risk to run your own business. But of course you can prolong if you want to! It is 300 USD rent per month plus about 50 USD water, electricity, garbage and internet. Three months of rent are given to the landlord as deposit (meaning you get it back when you leave).
