That include a fully equiped charming restaurant of 55 seats with a complete and professional western kitchen. Upstair a fully furnished loft with private terrace and provencal barbecue. Builded and renovated in 2016 with a french architect in harmony with the old style khmer house that was there. A bit refresh and you can be open and running in one week ! Perfect for a couple who want to run business without dubble rent in a super confy context and be as happy as we were ! The restaurant is turnkey.
With Covid situation we are back to our homeland and we decided to stay there. Closing our cambodian adventure.
So, the numbers now :
Selling price : $ 28,500. It's a package ! No retail or garage sale.
Lease to take or renegociate with the landlord (open to discussion) :
800$/ month until 2025
1050/month until 2030

Pour ceux qui ne voient pas le restaurant :
La vente comprend un restaurant de charme de 55 couverts avec une cuisine professionnelle super équipée. A l'étage, un loft meublé avec terrasse privée et barbecue provençal est compris également. Entièrement construit et rénové en 2016 par un architecte français en préservant la maison khmer traditionnelle de base. Un peu de rafraîchissement et vous pouvez être opérationnel en une semaine ! Parfait par exemple pour un couple qui souhaite lancer son affaire sans double loyer dans un contexte de vie et de travail super confortable en étant aussi heureux que nous ! L'établissement est clé sur porte.
Avec le Covid, nous sommes rentrés en Belgique et nous avons repris une vie ici. C'est donc la fin de notre aventure cambodgienne et le début d'une nouvelle vie pour les heureux nouveaux propriétaires !

Prix de base demandé tout compris : $ 28500. Pas de vente au détail, c'est un package.
Bail à reprendre ou a renégocier avec le propriétaire (ouvert à la discussion) :
