Rakhine Mont Di is perfect!!!

That rich, peppery fish broth mixed with fresh rice noodles, plenty of garlic oil, and a kick of chili is exactly what this weather demands. 🍜 🌶️ 🍋

Rakhine Mont Di (រ៉ាក់ឃីនម៉ុកឌី) គឺជាមុខម្ហូបប្រពៃណីដ៏ល្បីល្បាញមួយ មកពីរដ្ឋរ៉ាក់ឃីន (Rakhine State) ក្នុងប្រទេសមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា។
មុខម្ហូបមួយមុខនេះជាប្រភេទនំបញ្ចុក (rice noodles) ដែលគេញ៉ាំជាមួយទឹកស៊ុបត្រី។ ចំណុចពិសេសរបស់វាគឺ ទឹកស៊ុបដែលមានរសជាតិហឹរ និងជូរ ដែលជាធម្មតាធ្វើពីត្រី លាយជាមួយម្ទេស ខ្ទឹមស និងគ្រឿងផ្សំផ្សេងៗទៀត។
វាក៏មានប្រភេទ "ញាំ" (Salad version) ដែលគេហៅថា Mont Di Thoke (ម៉ុកឌីតុក) ដែរ ដែលគេលាយគ្រឿងស្ងួតជំនួសឲ្យទឹកស៊ុប។

This iconic rice noodle specialty from the Rakhine State of western Myanmar comes in two forms: salad or soup.
The soup features a tangy fish broth infused with fish paste, garlic, galangal, and pepper. It offers a fresh, sea-inspired aroma with a sharp chili kick and tamarind sauce to awaken the palate.
The salad version combines the same key ingredients without the broth, highlighting bold flavors and textures.
