- Diploma in tourism management (or related field)
- At least 4 years of restaurant service experience, including developing dining service

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
• Welcome, greet and seat guests
• Supervise all food and beverage service staff and facilities to ensure guests receive efficient and friendly service
• Manage the daily operation and service
• Supervise the food running, ordering, serving, and billing
• Report regularly to the superior concerning daily operation
• Check the setting-up, clearance, facility and meeting arrangement, and decoration
• Assist in managing the occupying rooms and functions
• Promote dishes to guests through speciality, new launched menu
• Follow up supply and delivery of restaurant utensils
• Arrange service utensil placement, napkin folding, linen collection & ironing
• Control restaurant bookings and events
• Create and develop training plans for all food and beverage service staff
• Control the correct orders before bringing to serve guests
• Control the set-up and check the cleanliness of the work area, equipment and material
• Oversee and control the quality, hygiene and presentation of all dishes
• Check up the restaurant before/after the daily operation
• Work and communicate closely and effectively with all departments incl. kitchen, bar and cashier’s
• Ensure that all assets belonging to F&B departments are strictly controlled, thus avoiding any losses
• Be in charge when the restaurant manager is absent
• Transmit the suggestions made by the guests and his subordinates to the superior
• Handle and solve the complaints.
