We decided to leave Cambodia.
Kuni’s ramen will be closed soon.
We will open this Saturday and Sunday.
Also Khmer new year 14th/15th/16th April.
Last business day is April 16th.
Business hours 16:30-20:00.
No lunch open.

We serve a special Japanese ramen.
1.Tokyo Shoyu Ramen
2.Chilled Chinese noodles
3.Oiled Ramen
4.Roasted pork over rice
5.Dumplings

突然ですが新しい国の行き先が決まりました。
Kuni’s ramenは4月16日を持って閉店いたします。

今週末の土曜日と日曜日は営業いたします。
また、4月14日、15日、16日のクメール正月も営業予定です。
最終営業日は4月16日です。
営業時間は16：30〜20：00です。
ランチ営業は行なっていませんので、お間違いないようお願いします。

最後にあたって、改良を加えた特製本格ラーメンをご提供する予定です。

4. 炙りチャーシュー丼

カンボジアでの最初営業日までわずかとなってきました。
今日はスペシャルな一杯をご提供したいと思います。
塩麹を使ったチャーシュー。
すべて自家製のトッピング各種。
①暑い季節に最高な冷やし中華。
②隠れ人気の油そば。
③椎茸、昆布、野菜、地鶏ベースの絶品醤油ラーメン。
④お酒のつまみに、お肉たっぷり餃子。
⑤3日かけて作る自家製チャーシューの丼。
⑥スッキリ爽やかレモンスカッシュ。
⑦各種スムージーも。

営業日は土日ディナータイムのみ。

Due to rising gas prices, our operating days this month will be limited to Saturday and Sunday evenings only, and for three days during the Khmer New Year (14th-16th) (dinner time only).

The last day of the Khmer New Year will be Kuni's Ramen's last day of business.

Based on chicken and vegetable broth, this ramen blends in cold-brewed shiitake mushrooms and kelp, topped with homemade pickled mustard greens, bamboo shoots, chili oil, and Kampot black pepper to enhance the flavor.
The thin egg noodles, coated in a special chicken oil, create a complex and exquisitely balanced taste in your mouth.
