SOMETHING SPECIAL INDEED! Steamed red snapper served on a bed of bok choy and carrots, finished with radish, crispy onion, and light soy dressing. A healthy refreshing dish ($6.5) that lifts you above the heat of the day. Tevy will offer you Spring Rolls while you await this ‘specual’ treat.

Soksan brings these fresh healthy dishes while Bosba, Tevy’s granddaughter, is trying to decide which one she will choose - Roast Eggplant Salad with Beef, Smoked Salmon Salad or the “best seller” Beef/Chicken Baguette.
