The restaurant has been open for 10 years, and is widely known throughout Siem Reap for serving some of the best food in town. It is owned and operated by Viroth and his family, who are passionate about food and hospitality. . It is located on the first floor of a traditional Khmer wooden house. Immerse yourself in a sophisticated atmosphere, which combines traditional architecture and modern design. The dining room can accommodate up to 35 guests. Viroth’s Restaurant has held many events; including conferences, weddings, anniversaries and birthday celebrations. Each occasion is designed exclusively for you; from arranging the menus and drinks to providing advice about special touches to make the event personal and unique. The restaurant’s gallery exhibits various Khmer art reproductions, as well as jewelry, and some antiques. The Kol family also owns Viroth’s Hotel, located a few blocks from the restaurant. It offers 7 sleek modernist rooms, with sensual rain showers, adorable objets d’art, and chic accessories. Cool off after a long day at the temples in the hotel’s pool, fringed by vegetation and inviting loungers. Then relax on the airy, sofa-strewn rooftop, where there is a small bar, a restaurant, and an elegant spa.
