BUSINESS FOR SALE
- bistro bar on the riverside with 8 + 2 tables (2 outside with rattan chairs)
- small but fully equipped kitchen

- Bespoke furniture (reproduction mid-century modern chairs and tables, a couple of art deco armchairs)
- short menu of popular snacks and some specials (our mussel nights have their fans)

BUT
- needs an owner who wants to work there for some of the day or add another member of staff to open at lunchtime, which is prime time for the snacks
- needs an owner who will put in an extra $4-500 to rationalise the kitchen
- needs more energetic promotion
- there's a patch of grass on the river bank opposite where an enterprising person might put folding tables and chairs in the evening
