In 2015 we opened our first educational social enterprise, Project Y Frozen Yogurt! Located in the night market street, our self serve frozen yogurt store was entirely managed and operated by CRST students, teaching them hands on business and leadership skills in 6 key areas - sales, finance, production, operations, marketing and HR. Upstairs was a classroom by day for our students, and relaxing sitting area for guests at night.

After operating for 5 years, we sadly closed Project Y in early 2020 as a result of COVID-19. We hope to open another social enterprise like this in the near future.
