Incident Summary:
A refund amount of USD 30 was successfully returned to the original account under the name SAPUTRI EKA MAULANA on 28 December 2025 at 06:37 AM.
Approximately one hour later, due to threats of posting negative content in Indonesian online groups to harm our shop’s reputation, an additional USD 30 was transferred to a Wing Bank account under the name JU HENG.
After another 30 minutes, we were again threatened and requested to send an additional USD 20, with claims that further viral posts would be made if the demand was not met.
Our Notice:
This announcement is made to inform and protect our valued customers from any potential fraud or misleading actions related to the above accounts, and to safeguard the dignity and integrity of our company.
We have already filed an official complaint with the police station for investigation regarding this matter.
