Dating back to the 18th century, the madeleine is a beloved pastry from Commercy, Lorraine — famously immortalized by Marcel Proust through a childhood memory that became one of literature’s most iconic moments.

At Audéa, our signature Vanilla Madeleine is made with real vanilla beans, letting their natural fragrance gently infuse every bite.
