At Tipico we serve 80% typical dishes from Spain, with 20% of tapas dishes a fusion with local flavours. The Tipico menu has an all day offer from 1) Breakfast, pastries and coffees, 2) Tapas, Tortillas and charcuterie 3) Sweets 4) Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages – with a focus on Wine and Gin & Tonics. Each store will have it's own speciality product line (such as a focus on Tortillas) or special nod to one area of Spain (such as Barcelona and the Balearic islands in this first business unit). As a franchisoor provides the following services to its franchisees: marketing, logistics, human resources, development, operations, R&D, environmental issues.
