The Cambodia Chefs Society Association was honored to attend "The Supply Chain Forum 2026," hosted at the Ministry of Commerce.

Our association was proudly represented by our President, Chef Song Teng, alongside active members Chef Am Phorn, Chef Sok Lin, and Chef Sophorn.

Organised to empower local industries, the forum focused on building direct connections between local handicraft producers and MSMEs with distribution networks, potential buyers, supermarkets, and digital trade platforms. It also streamlined access to essential public services from key government ministries and institutions.

CCS remains committed to supporting local supply chains, connecting with suppliers, and promoting authentic Cambodian culinary excellence! 🍽️🇰🇭

Phnom Penh: On Wednesday morning, August 26, 2026, Cambodia Chefs Society was delightful to have our President, Chef Song Teng, to attend a high-level Consultative Meeting between the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC) and Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME).

The meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Keo Rattanak, Minister of Mines and Energy, and Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.

This dialogue serves as a key platform under the Public-Private Sector Mechanism (G-PSF) to address operational challenges, energy costs, and regulatory frameworks, further fostering sustainable economic growth and investment in Cambodia’s energy sector.

Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism and Government Co-Chair of Working Group “B” on Tourism, chaired a discussion with airlines, key members of CCC and CTF, business associations in tourism, representatives from the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation, airlines, chambers, associations and other stakeholders.

Key Takeaways:

Recovery Taskforce: Evaluated a private-sector proposal for a National High-Level Taskforce to boost aviation, air connectivity, and international tourism growth.

Industry Growth: 34 airlines currently serve Cambodia. Passenger traffic rose 12%, flights grew 11%, and air cargo surged 21% between 2024 and 2025.

Outcome: Ended with strong consensus, collaborative goodwill, and constructive next steps. 🇰🇭✈️
