So what does Anna do when she is not serving customers?
She hand makes pork sausages with fresh meat from the market, no additives here, just a touch of some pepper and they are sold fresh (and used in British Breakfasts).

To help make the restaurant experience enjoyable. A nice background aroma of jasmin from the pot plants outside.
