The Birth of DIGBY’S

A little Khmer boy went to America from refugee camp…

Grew up, started a little business with his family – a hole in the wall donut shop – DIGBY’S Donuts. After a mission trip 10 years ago, he felt a calling for his life to come back to homeland to make a difference from what he has learned in USA.

Mission : to develop and nurture from creation of quality food; quality drinks; hygiene; service. Digby’s ~ where our charcuterie is made from scratch; our preference is organic or natural

After 16 unforgettable years in BKK1, Digby’s has closed this chapter at Street 63.

As the building begins its remodeling, our team is also clearing, sorting, and preparing for Digby’s next transformation.

This place was never just a restaurant.

It was where friends gathered, first dates happened, families celebrated, children grew up, and many of our guests grew with us through the years.

To everyone who has supported us, celebrated with us, and made Digby’s part of your life: **THANK YOU** from the bottom of our hearts.❤️❤️❤️

You made Digby’s more than a restaurant.
You made it a community.

This is not goodbye.
