Chiang Mai Thai Cuisine

As a father, the founder of ChiangMai Thai Cuisine promised his family for a better life and came to Cambodia solely 15 years ago to seek for a better opportunity in the business he started in Thailand. Unfortunately, things didn't go as he expected. For 15 years he struggled and fought in the market of Cambodia, but what once provided him and his family a stable income has ended, his business failed.

Alone and desperate, he misses his family. For 15 years not a day he did not miss them but at this point, it's beyond just missing his family. He needs his family. As a way to sooth his emotions, he started cooking Thai foods that his wife used to cook him every day back in Thailand, using sense of taste to comfort him in a way of making him feel like home. This sparked his mind, and then like a tidal wave struck him with hope. Why not start a Thai restaurant in Cambodia?

In 2018, Chiang Mai Exclusive Thai Cuisine Sensok Branch opened. He named the restaurant as Chiang Mai because his wife came from Chiang Mai. He also went back to Thailand and brought the whole family to Cambodia to run the restaurant as a family. Now the founder has a new chance to give it one last shot in his life to continue doing business, but this time he is not alone.
