Lot 369 is relocating! Our last day at the current location is 25 July (until 5pm), we’ll be closed on 26 July for the move, and from 27 July 2026 you’ll find us at our new home✨✨

Don’t worry 😉everything you love is coming with us. Same specialty coffee roasted by Feel Good Coffee, same all-day brunch and Cambodian favorites, same team. Just a bigger, brighter space, including a new meeting room on for your workshops and group gatherings.

If you’d like one last coffee at the old place, come by before 25 July, 5pm — we’d love to see you before we go. 🥹
