WOW!

What a night, we are still speechless from last Saturday's Cambodian Craft B**r Crown 2026.

After three years, finally we made it to the top of the podium, getting the Gold Award and, alongside with it the Brewer's Choice Award.

We're incredibly proud of the whole production team. This is nothing that happened over night. Thanks to years of brewing lessons by our brewmaster, process optimisation, recipe development/ improvement, hygiene schoolings, etc, we've managed to bring our product quality to a high level and maintain it. And now we get the results for it.

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to the event, showing love and support to the whole Cambodian craft b**r scene. Also a big thank goes out to all the judges coming from different countries and all the breweries participating. This year's level of quality was very high and showcased the skill level of Cambodian craft breweries.

Ever tried a b**r that tastes like a pickle? 🥒

We start with a crisp, low ABV sour b**r (pH 3.5) and let it ferment fully. Then, we craft a concentrated pickle brine with coriander, mustard, garlic, dill, juniper, bay leaves… and a splash of apple c***r vinegar. After 24 hours of magic, we filter, reduce, and gradually blend it into the b**r until the pickle flavor is just right.
