We’ve been working on these wings for a while at Baldwin's to get the balance just right. Strong enough to taste the Marmite, but not so salty that it overpowers the dish.

With butter, honey and our blend of spices, the Marmite flavour comes through beautifully without being too intense.

Lunch Set 23.9.2026 (14$ - 3 Course)

Jackfruit Soup: we infused it with homemade stock and 14 Balinese Spices must try!

Cottage pie, one of my favourite all-time English meals 🙂 We used our homemade beef stock and w**e to really bring out a great depth of flavour; you will not be disappointed

Crêpes Suzette, served with lime cream, orange sauce and charred coconut ice-cream.
