Featuring homemade sauces, and a Pho recipe that dates from 1989, the restaurant uses the freshest local ingredients to bring its guests quality, and excellence in every bite, accompanied by service o
f comparable standard. The owner, Evelyne, has spent many years in France, where she owned numerous restaurants prior to returning to her roots in Cambodia. She speaks many Asian, and Western languages including: Vietnamese, Chinese, and French, and welcomes guests from all origins, and background. Her personal objective is to personally greet, and wecolme each of guests. Here, you will find classic entrees such as beef vermicelli with egg rolls, and Vietnamese noodle soup, along with expertly prepared house specialties like the crispy Vietnamese crepe, or the shrimp in tamarind soup. The restaurant is designed for a clean, upscale, yet relaxing ambiance. Although some guests prefer taking in the scenery in the Patio, the air- conditioned main dining room is ideal for families, and large groups, while business dinners are usually enjoyed in one of the VIP rooms.
