Moist Chicken Burger.
Ingredients.
-500gm boneless -Chicken.
-1/3 of a cup bread crumbs
-Chopped Onion .
-Sliced tomatoes.
-Sliced cucumber..
-Soy sauce.
-Garlic
-Ginger
-Black pepper.
-Combine boneless chicken, breadcrums onion, egg, garlic, Ginger, salt, black pepper, soy sauce in a bowl. Make patties.
-Heat olive oil on a large pan over medium high heat.
-Cook the patties in hot oil until brown in colour on the bottom for 5 to 6 minutes.
-Slice and lightly toast your burger bun. Then add whatever filling you like, Cheese, Salad, tomatoes, onion, mayonnaise, ketchup.
It's delicious!! Serve hot!!😋
