Revelation ch.8

Rem. The 6 seals have been opened.
Now the 7 seal is opened

Revelation 8:5 KJV
[5] And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.

- does this mean there is a time when the prayers will not be heard?
The censer is filled with fire and thrown to the earth.
- greater than any judgement is the prayer of man.
- the power of prayer set ablaze by the fire of God and cast upon the earth
- it is only after the prayers of the people had reached God that judgement started.
Then comes the seven trumpets.
1- hail and fire - death of a 1/3 of trees and grass
2 - great mountain with fire - sea turns to blood-
3- a great star (wormwood) - affects rivers and water
4 - sun, moon stars darken

And if you thought that was bad,

Revelation 8:13 KJV
[13] And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Rev 7:3 KJV
(3) Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Before judgment started, God was keen first to mark His people and bring them to Him, so they don't experience the judgment.

Revelation 7:9 KJV
[9] After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

Revelation 7:16-17 KJV
[16] They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. [17] For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

- ain't this a wonderful source of Hope. That I will never hunger nor thirst,
- that God himself will wipe away my tears.

Revelation 5

Rev 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; (AMP Version says: and You have purchased men unto God from every tribe, language, people and nation)

- reminds me of the verse, 1 corinthians 6:20 "You are not your own, you have been bough by a price."
- This is the reality I should live by, that I was bought by a price, the blood of Jesus.

Rev 5:10 And You have made them a kingdom (royal race) and priests to our God, and they shall reign [as kings] over the earth!(5) (AMP) Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. (KVJ)

- I am a king and priest unto God, to reign over the earth.
- Am I reigning over my territory? Why is there death, sickness, affliction of the devil, poverty?
- What should I do?

Rev 5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

This is where it starts, *by giving Jesus reverence for the sacrifice He paid on by behalf to make me a king and priest. The same glory, and honour and power that is on the father, is also on the son and on the Holy Spirit, since they are one in three.

Rev 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

John went to heaven even before He died. That same pleasure can be accounted to anyone as per the choosing of God.

Vs.3 God is all glory and brightness and majesty

Rev 4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
lion - strength of the ministry
calf - humility, meakness and patience of ministry
man - humanity, wisdom, knowldge and understanding of the ministry
eagle - the mystery of grace

Jesus is portrayed as these four things by the four gospels.
Gospel of Matthew - The long awaited Messiah, king of the Jews - Lion
Gospel of Mark - faithful servant - A calf
Gospel of Luke - shows the human side of Jesus - man
Gospel of John - portrays Jesus as a diety - flying eagle

Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
(Isa 6:2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.)
twain he covered his face - testify of their reverence to God
with twain he covered his feet - sense of sinfulness, weakness and imperfection
with twain he did fly - readiness to minister the word

Lakini who does this BEAST SIGNIFY?
According to the strong concordance BEASTS means a living thing, an animal.
But what does it represent in this vision of the throne of heaven.

Rev 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

I love the message for Ephesus and Smyrna, that Jesus starts with telling them that, I SEE YOU, I SEE YOUR GOOD WORKS. It is nice to know that there is someone who is not only seeing but appreciating the things you are doing for their sake.

For Smyrna, it does further to state that they are not enjoying the fruits of their labor as the devil is on their case. but they are told, to be FAITHFUL TO DEATH, and I will give thee A CROWN OF LIFE (ETERNL LIFE).

This is the hope I have, that if I hold on Just a little while longer He will come through for me. and I will one day enjoy the fruits of my hands.
