There is something special about the early mornings at The Talisman, when the lights come on and the restaurant slowly begins to come to life. Before the first guest arrives, our team is already preparing for the day, from carefully folding each napkin and setting the tables to reviewing the menu and ensuring every detail is in place.

Every small detail is considered so that, by the time you walk through our doors, everything is ready to deliver the warm hospitality, attentive service, and exceptional dining experience that The Talisman has to offer.

Our newly curated Chef Specials Menu is here, from starters to dessert.

Start with Pumpkin & Coconut Cream Soup, served with spring onions and homemade bread, or “XO” Tuna Handroll with nori seaweed, XO sauce, tuna, avocado and chilli flakes.

For mains, choose the Thai Red Seafood with prawns, squid, coconut and seasonal vegetables, or the Slow-cooked Beef Ragu Lasagne with bay leaf, thyme, basil, mozzarella, gouda, parmesan and chives.

Finish with a Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie served with Delia’s Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Over the past month we have been quietly working on a new Tapas & Bar menu, many items of which use ingredients which are often discarded or overlooked. Pork Skin? We see a delicious Pork Crackling ready to be paired with a fresh guacamole. Tuna offcuts? Perfect for a Thai-style Tuna Tartare served on crunchy lettuce cups.
