Selling a running shawarma restaurant inside the ever busy club 'The Loft Lounge & Grill'
The setup is located inside The Loft Lounge, Thome, 200m from Mountain Mall, Exit 7 - Thika Road, Nairobi. The club is busy 7 days a week.

Full setup kitchen and equipment include: Wooden counters, cabinets, cupboards, display shelf, 150 litre Meat Freezer, 2 shawarma machines 3 burners/10 kg load, outside tables, utencils and cuttlery. We have a built clientele plus the walk-in clientele from the club. Reason for selling the business is owner relocating.
Monthly sales approximately kshs. 300,000-400,000/= (open 5 days a week from 6pm-1am).
Rent of the shop: ksh. 35,000/= per month payable to The Loft management.

Price for the whole business on a walk In - walk Out basis (inclusive of kitchen setup, equipment/machinery, recipe, current staff and client base, Kshs. 800,000/=
