Sinbad Restaurant

Sinbad Restaurant We offer the best authentic Middle Eastern foods from kebabs to shawarma and falafel and exotic Oriental dishes including curries and sizzlers in Mombasa.

Mombasa is a great example of mixing eastern, African, and western communities and culture. As a result it's not very difficult to find different restaurants which offer a variety of foods associated to these various cultures. In order to be a part of this blend we initiated the first Iranian cuisine in Kenyan coastal region. What always comes on top of an Iranian menu is a variety of kebabs made

by marinating different types of meats (chicken, beef, lamb) and grilled to the finest level of softness. There are also so many other foods you can find in our Iranian menu such as different pilaus, stews, and etc. In order to satisfy a bigger range of tastes we also offer a variety of Middle Eastern and Oriental (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian) foods. Doing this we championed in satisfying all our customers with whichever kind of taste they have and even vegeterians. Come visit us at City Mall, we're sure you'll be thrilled.

Kebab is a traditional Iranian food which was originated in the Middle East (some claim Iran and some claim Turkey). Basically it's a food made by grilling various kind of meats, also sometimes mixed with grilled vegetables.
But what is important in creating various tastes in different kebabs is the margination. This is why in Sinbad restaurant we focus on margination of meats in order to make the best kebab one can find in Mombasa. We also believe using charcoal can give a better taste to kebab than gas or petrol fueled grills and hence we always use charcoal.
Our various kebabs are served with saffron rice, chips, or naan, or with just 50 more Shillings with masala chips. Come and try them and you'll never eat kebab anywhere else.
