Leopard spotting…..not the kind you see in the Mara!

We’re referring to the slight bubbled charring on the crust of the pizza (that look like Leopard spots) that creates beautiful textural & flavour elements that enhance your pizza experience!

This is a fundamental aspect of great Neapolitan-style pizza and is a function of radiant dome heat and a well-constructed dough!

Pepperoni…..there’s something magical about these little disc-shaped flavour bombs!

A young un’ conceptualised this double pepperoni pizza made with a DUO of chicken & garlic AND piquant beef types!

She asked nicely - we made it happen!

RESULT: She celebrated Friday lunch in style and was the envy of her school mates!

Foccacia or pizza? Said……no one ever!

Until now that is!

Feast your eyes upon 12 Revels Foccacia - crispy exterior, ridiculously fluffy interior embellished with Greek olives & cherry tomatoes, or jalapeño & cheddar or classic rosemary & sea salt………or all 3 in one (pictured)

We’ve made this for the 12 Revels nearest & dearest and it’s been polarising to say the least! Each iteration has it’s favourites!

Paired with an excellent Italian extra virgin olive oil & an aged balsamic is bliss!
