Did you know George Grill King is a BBQ Bandit?😁

Meet 🔥 Bandito GGK — The OG

He didn’t follow the smoke. He created it.

The firestarter. The Papa of the pit. The mind behind the BBQ Heist.
Bold flavours. Fearless experiments. Rules rewritten in smoke.

🔥 OG of the pit. Architect of Pop Up Meatology.

Some days as GGK the setup is picture perfect… smoke, grill, vibes on point.

But truth is — it’s never about perfect BBQ.

It’s about the passion.
Grilling for the ones we love.
For the ones who raise a glass with us.
For the ones who keep clapping for GGK from the sidelines.

Because around this fire, it’s always been about people and the great times we share. 🔥

PAN FRIED PORK CHOPS (FLIPPY PAN EDITION)

Starting the BBQ Chronicles – Flamefed by GGK with a pan classic that hits like a grill 👀🔥

Pan-fried pork chops in that Flippy pan you definitely bought from food-porn pressure 🤣

Skin-on pork chops (for that gelatin goodness)
Heavily seasoned — I went with Pork Texcan: smoked paprika, honey & pineapple glaze
Marinated for 1 hour

Shallow fried in oil infused with:
🧄 chunky garlic
🫚 ginger
🌿 fresh thyme

While it cooks:
• Mix soy sauce with chilli lemon spice (Melvin’s)
• Load in plenty of onions
• Cover and let the flavours talk
• Finish with the soy mix & fresh dhania

Simple. Loud flavours. Zero apologies.
BBQ doesn’t always need a grill—just respect the meat 🔥

More BBQ Chronicles coming soon.
