いつもありがとうございます♪
すっかり涼しくなりましたね。
ただ、連日の雨にはちょっとうんざりしてしまいますね☔️
台風も近づいているようですので、皆さまどうぞ気をつけてお過ごしください。
さて、9月も終わりということは……
ゴイチの営業も、残すところあと1ヶ月となってしまいました。
半年前に「１０月末に閉店します」とお店の前に張り紙を出してから、これまで本当にたくさんのことがありました。
「ずっと気にはなっていたんだけど、閉まっちゃうの？」
そんなふうに声をかけて、初めて来てくださったお客様。
そして、学生時代の懐かしい仲間たちが訪ねて来てくれたり。
おかげさまで、この数ヶ月は本当に忙しく、ありがたい毎日を過ごさせていただいています。
残りの1ヶ月も、最後まで全力で、完全燃焼したいと思っています🔥
ただ、当店はもともとメニューのアイテム数が多いため、これから少しずつ欠品となる商品が増えてくると思います。
ご希望の商品をご用意できない場合もあるかと思いますが、どうか予めご了承ください。
では、もう少しの間、この場所で大好きな仕事ができる幸せを噛み締めながら。

SUSHI 51 — Since 2014 Autumn
Thank you, as always, for your continued support! 😊
It has finally started to feel like autumn here.
Although, to be honest, these rainy days have been getting a little tiring. ☔️
A typhoon also seems to be approaching, so please stay safe and take care of yourselves.
And now that September is coming to an end…
That means SUSHI 51 has only ONE MONTH of business left.
Since we put up the sign in front of the restaurant saying,
“We will be closing in 6 months,”
so many wonderful things have happened.
We’ve had new customers come in saying,
“I’ve always wanted to try this place… Are you really closing?”
We’ve also had old friends from our school days come back to visit us.
Thanks to all of you, these past few months have been incredibly busy — and we are truly grateful for every single day.
We’re going to give it everything we’ve got and finish these final few weeks with everything we have! 🔥
One thing to keep in mind: we have always had a very large menu, so as we get closer to closing, some items may gradually become unavailable.
We’re sorry if we cannot offer your favorite item, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
For just a little while longer, we’ll cherish every moment we have left in this restaurant and continue doing what we love.
We’ll be waiting to see all of you — hopefully with a smile — and we hope to share many more happy moments together before the final day. ❤️
