天狗寿司では、お盆休みのご旅行に合わせて、8月7日（金）から8月16日（日）の期間中、毎日営業いたします。

お盆期間中は混雑が予想されますので、お早めのご予約をお勧めいたします。静謐なカウンター席で、特別な夏の晩餐をお楽しみください。

来週7月25日（土）、野沢温泉の「七夕ゆかた祭り」の夜に合わせ、今シーズンの営業をスタートいたします。お祭りの賑わいのあとは、洗練された空間で旬の食材を味わう特別なアラカルトディナーはいかがでしょうか。

当日は村内の混雑が予想され、カウンター席には限りがございます。お早めのご予約をおすすめいたします。

今年も、野沢温泉に初夏の訪れを告げる「たけのこ祭り」が開催されます。

6月12日（金）から21日（日）までの期間、河原湯の真裏に広がる風情ある細路地が、賑やかな夜市へと姿を変えます。夕暮れ時の18:30から20:30頃、心地よい夜風の中に響く伝統的な湯の丸踊りや道祖神太鼓の音。そして、地元で採れた旬の根曲がり竹を使った熱々のたけのこ汁や焼きタケノコの香りが路地を満たします。

この特別な10日間に合わせ、狸tanuki nozawaと天狗寿司がタッグを組んだ限定コラボレーションメニューをご用意いたしました。お祭り散策のお供に、また散策後のディナーに、今しか味わえない特別な一皿をぜひお楽しみください。

Early summer in Nozawa Onsen is marked by a cherished local tradition: the Takenoko Matsuri (Bamboo Shoot Festival).

From Friday, June 12th to Sunday, June 21st, the narrow, winding laneways directly behind Kawarayu Onsen will transform into a bustling night market.

Running each evening from roughly 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, the backstreets come alive with the echoing rhythms of Dosojin Taiko drumming, traditional music, and the irresistible aroma of local mountain delicacies.

To celebrate the season, Tanuki Nozawa and Tengu Sushi have partnered to create an exclusive, limited-time collaborative menu. Whether you are strolling through the lanterns or looking for the perfect bite to pair with your evening, we invite you to taste the best of Nozawa’s early summer harvests.
