半年ぶりに、あの夜が帰ってきます。
9月14日（月）20:00より、
不定期開催の「Snack TETSU」オープン！

通常営業とはまったく違う、
店主TETSUの趣味全開（笑）の
一夜限りの特別営業です。

そして今回も、当店に一度でもご来店
いただいたことのあるお客様限定。

初めての方はごめんなさい！
ぜひ通常営業の日にお越しください。

Snack TETSUは、店主TETSUの好きな
音楽を流しながら、焼酎やウイスキーなど
「ちょっと良いお酒」を基本セルフスタイルの
飲み放題で楽しんでいただく、ユル〜い営業です。

⚠️この日はGINのご提供はございません。

🎵 音楽は昭和〜平成初頭の邦楽を中心に。

選曲はかなり偏っています（笑）
そのあたりも含めてお楽しみください！

🥃そして今回のお酒は少しスペシャル。

7月に北海道・余市蒸溜所を訪れた際に
購入してきた「蒸溜所限定ウイスキー」など、
今回はウイスキーをいつもより多めに
ご用意します！焼酎など、TETSUセレクトの
お酒もいろいろと。

Snack TETSUは、店主も皆さんと
一緒に飲みながら楽しみたい企画。
採算度外視でやっていますので（笑）、
美味しいお酒を大切に、楽しく飲んで
いただける方のみ大歓迎です！

そのため、過度な飲み過ぎ・飲み残し・
お酒を粗末にする飲み方・泥酔は厳禁です。

Copperpenny’s Ember Smoked Gin has been, entirely deservedly, piling up the awards, taking home gold at 2026 events that include the United Kingdom’s World Gin Awards and The Spirits Business Global Gin Masters awards in England.

Born from the pristine forests, valleys and waters of British Columbia, this multi-dimensional grain to glass gin is crafted by the distillers using premium BC wheat and a wild blend of 11 botanicals including foraged BC juniper. Each batch is emboldened with a gentle touch of coastal pine wood smoke, capturing not just BC’s earthy terroir, but the very soul of the Canadian West Coast.


Nosing: Soft campfire smoke, resinous pine balanced with lightly charred citrus peel.

Palate: dry and crisp, layering toasted pine �and subtle sweet spice

This gin offers a smooth and mouth-watering finish, accentuating the Thai lime with elevated floral notes of chamomile and vetiver. 
The zesty and peppery lime flavors serve as a bridge, connecting the bright citrus and pine-rich juniper in this captivating and intricate gin. 

It concludes with a long and elegant finish, leaving behind a clean and irresistibly refreshing dry lime taste.


A very light gin, which opens in a Gin Sonic (if you prefer to take bitterness of lime)

LIMITED edition Saigon BAIGUR FINE HORSE Saigon Baigur Premium Dry Gin

Saigon Bigger’s annual Zodiac label. For 2026, the Year of the Horse, this Barrel-Aged edition has been aged for three months in bourbon barrels.

It is a masterpiece that blends Saigon Bigger’s signature spice and oriental citrus notes with the vanilla notes of the bourbon barrels. Pomelo, which is not included in the standard Saigon Bigger, further accentuates its unique character.

Due to the nature of barrel aging, increasing production is difficult, making this a truly rare bottle.

Absolutely amazing gin. Very interesting flavor. Remind me of Pho 🍜

This is a special limited edition product that has spotted botanical roses used in the “Silent Pool Gin” flagship In addition to dry roses to enhance the aromatic aroma of the rose, the botanical arrangement is arranged in addition to the fresh rose, as well as some botanicals such as pear and bergamot, which are used in the “Silent Pool Gin”, and lemon instead of lime.
