Challenging the reputation of Ikebukuro as the "land of non-revolving sushi." Master chefs Watanabe and Yamamoto, who trained at a Michelin-starred famous restaurant, aim to represent Ikebukuro with authentic sushi. The name "Fukurou" is known as a lucky charm symbolizing "bringing good fortune" and "no hardships." The owl is also a symbol of Ikebukuro, and with a strong determination to aim for the representative sushi restaurant of Ikebukuro, the name was chosen with a deep sense of purpose and ambition.
