Guests from U.S. ordered our private Kaiseki catering service at IORI Shiroyama.
Our chef and the owner of the house prepared a fresh sake from Takayama as well. The menu was:
1. Egoma (local black sesami) Tofu with miso & Yuba with abalone & grilled egg plant
2. Sahimi (Flounder, Greater amberjack)
3. Soup using, gourd, white turnip & Pike Conger
4. Roasted duck, Jellied conger eel
5. Ayu (sweet river fish)
6. Hida beef steak (A5 Sarloin)
7. Sushi (Tsuna, Shrimp, Greater amberjack, Cattlefish), Miso soup
8. Dessert (Yuzu Sorbet)
